Warranty Coverage

Duration: The duration of the warranty coverage varies depending on the specific product. Please refer to the product description or packaging for details on the warranty period.

State the warranty period

All products from Anker have 18 months warranty except the products under the GaNPrime Series 7 and Anker Prime Series have 24 months warranty.

Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

Warranty Claims

Assessment and Resolution: Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process. In some cases, we may request additional information, photos, or proof of purchase to evaluate the claim. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Resolution Options

Repair: If feasible, we may offer to repair the product or replace defective parts to restore its functionality. The repair will be performed by our authorized technicians or service partners.

Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we may provide a replacement product of equal or similar model, subject to availability. The replacement will be in accordance with the terms of the warranty.

Refund: In rare cases where repair or replacement is not possible, or at our discretion, we may offer a refund for the product's purchase price. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.

Warranty Limitations

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Non-Transferable: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation or receipt, may be required to claim warranty coverage.
