I've had this charging station for a year and it's been great except when I moved my desk and when I tried to re-plug all my devices, the ports are sitting far into the housing. It looks like the ports are now detached and I can no longer use it (except for the magnetic charger). Hopefully, they will replace this as this is still within the 18 month warranty but very disappointed with how it came to this.

The wireless charging seems to be only compatible with iPhone 12 and above. My iPhone X is not compatible. Bummer!
