• Does PowerConf C300 feature a manual focus?
PowerConf C300 does not feature manual focusing at this time.
• How do I update PowerConf C300's firmware?

• Can I connect to PowerConf C300 using a USB connection?
Yes, PowerConf C300 supports USB 2.0 connections.
• Can I connect PowerConf C300 to my computer via a hub or adapter?
PowerConf C300 can be connected to computers via a hub or adapter. For improved video transmission, we recommend using a USB cable.
• What if PowerConf C300 doesn't work when connected to a hub?
Please check whether your hub's connected USB-C port supports data transfer.Some hub USB-C ports only support charging.
• Does PowerConf C300 support Bluetooth connectivity?
In order to ensure a reliable video connection, PowerConf C300 does not currently support Bluetooth.

• Does PowerConf C300 support 60 FPS?
Yes, PowerConf C300 supports up to 60 FPS at 1080p. The frame rate will be affected by third-party apps and network bandwidth, however the camera will auto-adjust to ensure the frame rate remians constant.
• Can PowerConf C300 automatically adjust its image brightness according to the environment?
PowerConf C300 has both auto exposure and auto white balancing, which together automatically correct the brightness according to the environment.
• Will PowerConf C300's picture quality be affected by other connected devices or third-party software?
PowerConf C300 provides services according to USB standard protocol, while the quality of the picture can be affected by third-party software. For example, the maximum resolution of Zoom is 720p, so PowerConf will only display in 720p, despite supporting resolutions up to 1080p. In addition, the quality of the picture will also be influenced by network bandwidth, including the network bandwidth processing mechanisms used by third-party apps.
Why can PowerConf C300 only output at 720p when using third-party video conferencing apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
This is because that Zoom and Micriosoft Teams only support up to 720p.
Software
• Is there a Software I can use/download to control PowerConf C300?
Yes, you can install the Anker Work Software on your PC or laptop. Once downlaoded, you can use the software to adjust the picture quality and customize the camera settings.
• How to download and use the Anker Work app?
There is a card detailing how to install the software located inside the box your PowerConf C300 came in. Alternatvely, go to the Anker official website and download the software directly.
• How do I update the Anker Work app?
The Anker Work software will update automatically. If you decide to disable this feature, you can download updates from the Anker official website.
• Does PowerConf C300 support self-framing?
Yes, PowerConf C300 supports self-framing (Please install the Anker Work app on your device to set up self-framing).

• Can I use PowerConf C300 for live streaming?
Yes. You can live stream at either 60FPS or 30FPS.
• Does PowerConf C300 support video recording?
Yes, you can record video with PowerConf C300 using either the Anker Work software or 3rd-party software.
• What if I can't open the camera or use the microphone while using PowerConf C300?
Please check whether the camera is being used by other 3rd-party apps. If so, close those 3rd-party apps. It this does not solve the issue, try unplugging and re-plugging PowerConf C300. If you are still having issues, please contact Anker Work Customer Support.
